The Swedish Board of Agriculture’s advisory committee has approved funding for Know Your Honey through the EIP-AGRI. The project brings together the entire value chain from Europe’s beekeepers to the grocery trade in Sweden. The aim is to develop a new standard that can counteract fake honey.
